Flat Roofs

Nate-O Roofing uses PVC roof on flat or semiflat roofs. It is very strong and virtually seamless, with the seams robot-welded together. Since it is bright white and UV resistance, it is an energy-efficient roof system, especially in summer. PVC is very pliable and easy to repair should anything - such as a tree limb - puncture it!

Metal Roofs

Metal roofs come in several different types. The two main types that we install are as follows:

Surface Screw-Down Metal Roof

This is the most cost-effective type of metal roof. It is quick to install and does very well in most applications. This is by far the majority of metal roofs we see in our area.

Standing Seam Metal Roofs

This is the "hands down" lifetime roof. It costs much more than the surface screw type, but it is worth the difference in most applications. It consist of 18" panels snap-locked together and fastened with a clip and screw system, all under the surface. There are no screws or penetrations in the finished surface. We roll/form the panels on the job site with a portable Rollformer. This roof system is in a class all its own in longevity and appearance.
